Returns & Exchanges

At Ducati Omaha, we want to ensure your riding gear fits perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Ducati Omaha

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our Omaha warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team verifies the condition of the returned apparel, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 3-5 business days.
